Express Entry Program
The Express Entry program is a key pathway for skilled workers to immigrate to Canada. It is an online system used by the Canadian government to manage applications for permanent residency from individuals who are interested in living and working in Canada. The Express Entry program is designed to facilitate the entry of skilled workers who can contribute to the Canadian economy.

Eligibility Criteria
1. To be eligible for the Express Entry program, candidates must meet the criteria for one of the three federal economic immigration programs: the Federal Skilled Worker Program, the Federal Skilled Trades Program, or the Canadian Experience Class.
2. Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS): The CRS is a points-based system used to assess and score candidates based on factors such as age, education, work experience, language proficiency, and adaptability. Candidates with the highest CRS scores receive Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent residency during regular draws conducted by Immigration.

3. Express Entry Pool: Eligible candidates create an online profile in the Express Entry pool, where they provide information about their skills, work experience, language ability, education, and other relevant details. The information provided in the profile is used to assess the candidate's eligibility for the program.

4. Invitations to Apply (ITAs): Candidates with high CRS scores are issued ITAs to apply for permanent residency in Canada. Those who receive an ITA have a limited time to submit a complete application for permanent residency.

5. Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs): Express Entry candidates may also be nominated by a Canadian province or territory through their respective Provincial Nominee Programs. A provincial nomination can significantly increase a candidate's CRS score, increasing their chances of receiving an ITA.

6. Job Bank: The Express Entry system includes a Job Bank, which connects employers in Canada with Express Entry candidates who possess the skills and experience required for specific job opportunities. Candidates can create profiles in the Job Bank to showcase their skills and qualifications to potential employers.
